```Duties```
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
- Conduct credit analysis and assist with collections efforts
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files
```Prefered Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and double entry bookkeeping principles
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Familiarity with public accounting practices and regulations
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills are also essential for interacting with internal stakeholders.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position.
Candidates should have prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
However we are willing to do some training if you are a fit to our Team culture.
