We seeking to hire a dependable individual with a strong organizational skills as a full-time Operation Assistant.
The ideal candidate is detail- and task-oriented and has a desire to grow with the company.
*Responsibilities:*
* Financial Data Entry: Accurately record and categorize financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
* Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring the accuracy of billing information.
* Accounts Payable: Process and verify vendor invoices, including tracking expenses and making payments in a timely manner.
* Accounts Receivable: Monitor outstanding customer invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Financial Reporting: Generate and review financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Expense Management: Manage and categorize company expenses, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
* Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both in physical and digital formats.
* Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing financial information for tax filings and audits.
* Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not always required.
