Business Systems Analyst - Riverside, CA (Hybrid)
In this role, you will support the Finance function by leading technological process improvements, ERP enhancements, and acting as a liaison between IT and Finance.
The role requires expertise in Microsoft D365, BMS (ERP), and reporting tools.
You should have a good understanding of financial statements as you will be responsible for analyzing issues, documenting business requirements, proposing solutions, supporting financial close, and leading user acceptance tests.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining and improving financial systems, building reports and dashboards, troubleshooting reporting requirements, and preparing system business requirement documents.
You will lead and coordinate Finance projects, identify areas for improvement in financial systems, and actively seek ways to enhance business software processes.
Strong knowledge of ERP and FPNA systems, finance, and accounting domain is required.
The position requires the ability to learn new technologies, write SQL, and develop MS Excel macros.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science with an emphasis on Accounting or a closely-related field is necessary, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining financial reporting systems and processes.
Experience with D365, Power BI, Automation Anywhere, and reporting tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Reporting, and Tagetik is preferred.
Manufacturing and Retail experience is considered a plus, and the role involves 10% travel, both domestic and international.
The position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.
