*Responsibilities:*
* Manage and oversee daily office operations
* Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
* Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Manage office files and documents in an organized manner
* Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
*Requirements:*
* Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
*Preferred*
* Experience in payroll, bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
* Experience at another CPA or accounting firm is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.
00 - $24.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
