Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk

Coronado Stone Products has been the leader in manufactured stone for over 60 years.
We manufacture and distribute our high-quality stone products at factories located across the US.
In addition, Coronado supplies over 400 distributors and dealers throughout the US.
Coronado is looking to fill the position of *Credit Assistant* located in our *Perris, CA *location.
This position requires someone who is very detailed-oriented, organized and is a team player.
The successful candidate will gain broad exposure working on many different tasks.
*Job Duties:* * Process credit applications and maintain Credit Files * File all paperwork related to California construction lien laws * Collect past due invoices * Post payments to customer accounts * Review/ approve customer orders to be picked up or delivered * Maintain customer relationships * Prepare reports related to open accounts receivables.
* Perform other related duties as necessary * Assist in special projects as needed *Position Requirements:* * Some credit related experience, particularly with California construction lien laws, is desirable * Good Computer Skills (word, excel, power point) * Highly Organized Individual * Good Communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.
