Office Admin/Bookkeeper for a local CPA firm.

Accounting experience highly recommended, but not required.
Job training is available.
Since this is an on-site position, training and supervision will be provided.
No remote working is available at this time.
Job description consists of working in a CPA office to prepare monthly Financial Statements, including Payroll processing in QuickBooks, creating and editing Word and Excel documents, interacting directly with clients and other general office duties.
The bookkeeper duties require proficiency in ALL aspects of accounting including general ledger, payroll, reconciliations, fixed assets and depreciation schedules, preparing amortization schedules, filing sales and payroll tax returns, prepare year end 1099s & W-2's, etc.
No Individual or Business income tax returns are part of this job position.
30-40 hrs per week, extra hours required during tax season.
