Position Information
The UCR School of Medicine (SOM) / UCR Health Human Resources Unit provides guidance, tools, and processes that foster workforce effectiveness for our most valued asset - Our Employees.
The Senior HR /Payroll Generalist provides advice, guidance and management in the following areas: Recruitment and Retention of a diverse and talented workforce; Employee and Labor Relations, Policy and Employment/Labor law Compliance; On-boarding/Off-boarding, Compensation, Leave Administration; Training, Performance Management, and Organizational Design.
This HR unit also serves as the UC Path Shared Services Center for all HR and Payroll related transactions entered into the HRIS system, reporting and manages employment records for the organization.
The incumbent in this position will work closely with managers, faculty, staff students and applicants with professionalism and excellence in customer service.
The full salary range for the Senior HR/Payroll Generalist is $71,100 - $128,700 annually.
The expected pay scale for this position is up to $99,900.

We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
