*Accounts Receivable Admin (Big Bear)* Panorama Truck Repair and Towing Service is a family owned and operated company that is in need of an Accounts Receivable Admin for its Big Bear location.
*Job Duties:* \* Maintain precise records of all incoming payments \* Prepare and send invoices to clients \* Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices \* Reconcile any irregularities in receipts \* Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in incoming payments \* Run daily report for outstanding invoices \* Collect payments for past due invoices \* Identify leads for new contracts \* Build and maintain relationships with our existing contracts \* Back up Dispatcher *Skills/Qualifications:* \* Thrive in a fast-paced environment \* Assertive \* Confident in working independently \* Collaborative \* Organized Thank you for considering Panorama Truck Repair and Towing Service as your next employer.
