AP Clerk

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Company: 5e Advanced Materials Location: Hesperia, CA Reports to Finance Controller Pay: $23 to $27 per hour.
Responsibilities: Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors Analyzing workflow processes Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
Processing due invoices for payments Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as reconciliation.
Requirements: High school diploma- bachelor’s degree or associate preferred Proven experience as AP associate or in a similar role Knowledge of invoice practices and budget approvals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
