Job Duties: Operations support- Job packets - Daily Expense reports – As needed Schedule inspections – As needed Contacting HO – As needed Safety tailgates - Weekly Job Duties: Accounts Receivable- Receive purchase orders Go over billing with SoCal and NorCal superintendents Keep track of SoCal and NorCal SP billing spreadsheets Maintain SoCal and NorCal rejected JCOs Review monthly aging reports and resolve discrepancies Communicate daily with SP retro team on slack and chatter feed Maintain IP payment spreadsheet for SoCal retro Find and distribute solar layouts Communicate with project BOM when solar layouts are missing/incorrect Communicate with NHPO Recon when PO are missing/incorrect Work Experience Be able to commute in person M-F 8-5 in Riverside 1+ years of Admin Experience College degree is a plus!
