Customer Service Representative (Wholesale Industry) Location: 6251 Box Springs Blvd, Riverside, CA 92507 Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for problem-solving? Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service to retail accounts via phone and email.

-Utilize Quickbooks and Excel for invoicing and data management tasks.
-Communicate with UPS for claims resolution and handle client inquiries.
-Respond promptly to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy.
-No cold calling involved; focus on assisting existing clients and resolving issues.
-Ensure accurate spelling, grammar, and attention to detail in all communications.
-Collaborate with team members to update customer order lead times.
-Utilize Windows/PC-based systems for day-to-day operations.
Qualifications: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not required.
-Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
