Child Care Worker

* Must have a high school diploma at a minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related fields.
* Complete 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician.
* Maintain recertification of RBT training annually.
* Complete all necessary Medicaid Waiver training and documents.
* Must Be able to pass as a Background screen Job Responsibilities and Expectations: * Receive training on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for each consumer on their caseload.
* Implement FBAs as written.
* Provide services to consumers based on hours set by the Behavior Analyst and Clinical Supervisor.
* Collect data on a daily basis and provide it to the Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis.
* Communicate regularly with the Behavior Analyst and Clinical Supervisor * Train caregivers to implement the FBAs.
* Implement the FBA in all relevant settings.
* Attend meetings regarding consumer behavior services as necessary.
