TK - 6th STEM Instructor

This application is the first step in applying for the In-Person STEM Instructor Position that will predominantly work around the Jurupa Unified School District area.
STEM Center USA's hiring process uses the following format: 1) Initial Google Survey (this link) 2) One-Way Recorded Interview (by invite only) 3) Live Interview with Current STEM Instructor (by invite only) 4) Final Live Interview with Manager (by invite only) This position is unique as you will work with hundreds of students and introduce them to the world of engineering design, electronics, and building.
No robotics or coding experience is necessary, we will train you on all content! The position includes: *Training Dates: *November 15, 2024 - December 15, 2024 (evening synchronous and asynchronous hours possible) *Work Dates: *January 8, 2024 - March 15, 2024 (in-person) *Hourly Rate:* $25/hour Requirements: - Available to work Tuesday - Friday between 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Able to commute to 2-3 different elementary school locations within Jurupa Unified School District - PREFERRED -- Fluency in Spanish.
While the course is taught in English, bilingual instructors are highly desired.
Because these are part-time hours, we welcome those that may hold another job or be in school.
However, you must be available for at LEAST 2 weekdays (Tues/Thurs or Wed/Fri).
Trainings are in the evening and we will work around your availability.
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time Pay: $22.
