The responsibility of the Behavior Technician is to implement treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to clients with developmental disabilities.
This requires compassion, a firm grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and professionalism.
It involves high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, and your BCBA Supervisor.
