* Summary* The facilities professional takes care of the day-to-day operations of the company.
It is a figure that has been gaining space within the work environment and has activities focused primarily on issues such as infrastructure, security, cleaning, and telecommunications technologies.
* Responsibilities* * Distributes, guides, and supervises the outsourced services of Cleaning and Sanitation, Waste Collection, Clothes, Property Security and Valets, ensuring compliance with contracts and good service to employees and customers: it works in the definition of service schedules aiming at the effective coverage of services, inspects the proper posture and uniformity of the team, customer service, quality of service provided, etc.
* Maintains administrative control of the company's Electrical and Building Maintenance activities, supporting the preparation of service schedules, monitoring the fulfillment of Service Orders to evaluate the productivity of the area as well as monitoring the technical service contracts provided by technical assistance aiming at adequate provision of services within acceptable quality standards.
* Controls the cleaning material used as well as replenishing its stock, observing the best criteria for performance and economy in the use of these products.
Keeps track of consumption for periodic reports on area performance and cost.
* Follow-up of approval of materials and Sanitation and Maintenance equipment of the environments, with tests for the approval of the products and periodic monitoring, as determined by the Legislation in force.
* Periodically, develops and tabulates satisfaction surveys for internal and external customers regarding the services provided by third parties under its administration for evaluation and proposition of improvements for immediate implementation.
* Prepare maps and various demonstrative charts on the performance of outsourced services contracted to assess their performance, costs, etc.

* Ensures the safety of activities in his area, observing the correct use of equipment and tools by the team, acts or requests the training of contractors, participates in the personnel movement process (selection, transfers, promotions, and dismissals) and takes care of order, cleaning and discipline in the area.
* Occasionally, assists suppliers and maintenance service providers for the quotation of works, evaluation of their quality, feasibility of execution, etc.
* Analyzes the proposals, gives suggestions, and forwards it to the superior for approval.
* Develops work plans and definition of processes related to the activities of its area, aiming at improving service, rationalizing costs, meeting goals, correcting errors, etc.

* Inputs invoicing in SAP in a timely manner for payment and processing.
