Job description
A leading beverage manufacturing company in Fontana has an open position for a Sanitation Worker to provide general maintenance and cleanness of the facility.
The candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Expect to work 40-50 hours per week.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SWING SHIFT
Duties and Responsibilities:
Empties trash receptacles in office facilities as well as the Production Floor
Provides general maintenance in lavatories as need
Ensures Employee Break Room is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
Moves material from location to location as needed
Have a basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses within the Plant
Be able to use the floor scrubber
Other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules.
Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial service.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions.
Must be fluent in English.
