Pay Rate: $20.
00/hour Your role: Develops and implements company and regulatory quality standards in the manufacturing facility.
Knowledgeable of industry and governmental regulations affecting product quality.
Develops, implements, revises and maintains quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products.
Works across all functional areas Operations, Technical Support, Customer Support, Sales, to ensure quality, customer service, and practices in support of the policies and procedures of the organization.
Monitors volumes and makes suggestions.
Reviews metrics to ensure that procedures are being followed and makes suggestions regarding training needs or performance enhancement offerings.
May design and maintain test equipment and scripts.
Verifies and maintains test documentation; tracks product issues and verifies resolutions.
Develops and implements quality control objectives and plans.
Performs product inspections and/or audits.
May conducts QC tests on repaired products.
Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.
What you bring to the role: Established and productive individual contributor.
Works under moderate supervision.
Problems faced are typically routine, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
Makes minor adjustments to working methods.
Communicates information that requires explanation or interpretation.
Provides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level.
Still gaining or have attained full proficiency in their specific area of discipline.
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Works under moderate supervision.
May seek the advice of senior personnel in the functional area.
Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree preferred.
3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience.
Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.

is USD $40,300.
00 - $60,500.
00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.
S.
for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year.
Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
