Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities Job Description: Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and concerns - Work on local driver schedule - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, update customers - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience Experience: - Previous experience in a transportation customer service role is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
