Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help our customers by answering incoming calls, dispatching technicians, and keeping detailed notes.
Must be familiar with surrounding cities in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles counties.
Prefer someone that has experience with microsoft office and basic computer knowledge.
