\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in-person, over the phone, and via email
* Follow company procedures and guidelines to address customer inquiries and issues effectively
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
* Continuously strive to achieve team and professional goals within the company
* File documents, and organize paperwork
* Provide information about services
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Assistance, and/or processing all services offered in office
Position Highlights:
* Full Time Position
* Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm;
* Saturdays Off, Sunday off, and Major Holidays off
* Paid Training
* Paid vacation on accrual after 2 year of employment
* Hourly pay based on experience
* Bonuses Available between $300-$500 a month
Qualifications:
* Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish & English
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* People Person, positive energetic
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
* Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance, tax & trucking industry
* Organized, able to prioritize work, and multi-task
* Ability to work well within a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
