*Customer Service Associate* An established and industry-leading custom apparel supplier is currently seeking highly experienced and skilled Customer Service Associates to join our team immediately.
*· Position: *Customer Service Associate *· Type: *Full-time *· Salary: *Based on experience *· Location: *Ontario, CA (onsite) *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, services and policies · Process customer orders, quotes, payments and tracking shipments · Identify and assess clients' needs to make proper product recommendations · Perform general customer service for client accounts and transactions while resolving issues and monitoring customer satisfaction levels · Communicate with overseas vendors regarding purchase orders, samples and supplies *Skills and Qualifications:* · Detail-oriented, responsible, ability to multi-task with good time management and organizational skills · Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication, ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers · Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications · Team player with integrity and positive working attitude · Bilingual (Mandarin) to communicate with overseas vendors a plus This is a full-time position with opportunity for career growth and advancement.
