弊社は、訪日旅行の総客数、トップランクの旅行会社です。AJT独自の日本国内のグループツアーや、カスタムツアーを世界中のお客様に提供しています。セールス部門での、英語の対応ができるカスタマーサービス/アドミニスタッフを募集します。お客様からのお問い合わせやお申し込みに、Eメールや電話での応答が英語でできる方、そして米国にて就労資格のある方(ビザサポートは行っておりません)、ぜひご応募下さい。PCを使用しての業務が含まれますのでPCの基礎・操作知識、およびマイクロソフトオフィス(特にエクセル)の知識があればなお可。初心者の方でもトレーニングいたします。
月~金曜日、フルタイム:午前8:30から午後5:30までの勤務です。
We are looking for a skilled, organized and highly motivated individual to join our team.
This is a full-time position at our Ontario office.
This is NOT a remote position.
The position comes with a 3-month probation period.
Office Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM (1 hour lunch) - Potential overtime during busy season.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
Maintain a high level of customer service (email & phone).
Process orders, keep records of customer interactions, file documents.
Handle customer requests and provide sales support.
*Skills / Qualifications:*
Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, with a team player mentality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (focus on Excel)
Ability to Speak, Write, and Read Japanese is Required.
