*Job Title: Call Centre Representative* Job Overview: As a Call Centre Representative at Exit Bail Bonds, you'll play a crucial role in our company's success by efficiently handling incoming and outgoing customer calls related to bail bond services.
We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high call volume call center or fast-paced customer service phone environment.
Your responsibilities will include answering queries, prioritizing calls, transferring calls to the correct person or department, assisting bail agents with paperwork and files, and ensuring smooth operations within the call center.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities:* * Handle a high call volume efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
* Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
* Transfer calls to the correct person or department as needed.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
