You will be the first and last contact that patients have with us so we are looking for you to bring that sunshine the clinic.
We are looking for a Full-time employee who will continue to grow with our office.
*Basic responsibilities:*
* Scheduling patients
* Opening and closing the office including organizing, filing, inventory, and basic cleanup
* Answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls, texts and emails
* Collecting, applying, and calculating payments
* Insurance verification and follow up
* Help with patient therapies and release (estim, cupping, stretches, etc )
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in office/medical administration or other related fields
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
