We take pride in our well-maintained properties and are looking for a dedicated Apartment Groundskeeper to join our team.
As a full-time Groundskeeper at our beautiful community, Homecoming at the Resort, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine appearance and overall ambiance of our upscale apartment communities.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Cleaning: Regularly cleaning and maintaining the appearance of common community areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, pool area, and fitness center.
· Light Painting Duties: Performing minor touch-ups and painting tasks as needed to ensure the apartments and common areas look their best.
· Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the outdoor spaces, including walkways, parking areas, and amenities, in impeccable condition through regular cleaning and trash pickup.
· Community Walks: Conduct routine walks throughout the community to identify maintenance and landscaping needs, and promptly address any issues.
· Customer Service: Interacting with Lewis residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with their needs.
· Maintenance Support: Assisting the maintenance team with various tasks as necessary, ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
Qualifications to help you succeed:
· Previous experience in any form of cleaning, janitorial, or a related field is not required but preferred.
· Previous customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Physical fitness and the ability to walk regularly, climb stairs, and lift and carry moderate weight.
· Attention to detail and a good work ethic.
Note: a valid driver's license is required for operating electric golf carts in CA.
Your Salary & Perks: This career starts at $20/per hour, plus annual raises, and bonus eligibility.
