Customer Service Rep

We are looking for Customer Service Rep in the City of Riverside CA Full Time, OT when needed Weekly pay Pay Rate: Depends on Experience Monday thru Friday 8am start time Resume Required Job Requirements: * Update shop workboard and inhouse schedule for customers and dealers.
* Update dealers and customers as to progress and status of unit.
* Review shop work orders with job completion explanation for customer and make them copies.
* Review shop workloads and orders to match changing priorities ie shoe units, show set up, and sales dept.
special requests * Input parts orders from fax, phone and email * Research part requests and call back dealers customers with questions * Write customer and dealer order forms * Route to purchasing all part orders * Match and update parts orders when processed order return with purchasing * Process warranty authorizations and assist manager with various tasks upon requests * Back up receptionist * Other duties as assigned Physical Requirement: * Must be able to sit, stand, walk for a long period of time.
* Must be able to see documents and computer monitor * Must be able to hear directions from others * Must be able to lift carried 30lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
