Riverside - Youth Basketball Coach

Our method is simple, we help young people learn to: \* Trust and believe in their ability to make decisions for themselves \* Take calculated risks in their pursuit of personal growth and recover quickly when they fail \* Invest in others through open communication and collaboration *Responsibilities and Duties* Coach Duties: Swish Coaches are required to coach our youth teams once a week on Tuesdays for team practice and twice a month on the Weekend for tournaments.
*Qualifications and Skills* Swish Coaching Qualities: \* High School or College Playing experience \* Experience coaching young people (Camps, Youth Leagues, High School, etc) \* Basketball proficient (Ball Handling, Passing, Offensive & Defensive Concepts) \* Coachable (Open-minded, willingness to try new things, adopt new ideas) \* Desire to mentor and lead (Must be passionate about helping others reach their full potential) \* Great communication skills (Open communicator, active listener) *Benefits* Compensation & Team Gear: \* $20 per hour \* $20 per game (tournaments) \* Practice t-shirts \* Game Polo \* Team Sweatshirt \* Team Backpack Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.
