Position Summary:
As a Financial Aid Advisor at Concorde Career College, you will play a vital role in impacting the lives of our students by guiding them through the financial aid process.

Responsibilities:
Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Advise students on the various funding sources available for their education at Concorde Career College.
• Assist students in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the Master Promissory Note, and all necessary forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Expertly manage financial aid packaging, file completion, eligibility requirements, verification, and c-code clearance.
• Utilize the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) to track students' loan history.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews in accordance with Federal regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Concorde's policies and procedures as outlined in the College policy and procedure manual.
• Stay updated on and comply with all applicable Federal regulations and procedures as per the annual Federal Handbook.
• Undertake any other duties related to student financial aid packaging efforts as assigned.
Qualifications:
Your Qualifications:
• An Associate degree (60 credit hours) OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in Financial Aid may be considered in lieu of a post-secondary degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting or customer service role is required.
• Must not currently be in Default on any Federal Student Loans .
• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.
• The ability to quickly learn and navigate complex processes is a must.
Compensation: $22hr-$26hr (Based on education/experience)
