Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Assistant to join our team.
As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.

Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children - Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and organized learning environment - Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs or learning challenges - Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for daily lessons - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages active participation and collaboration among students - Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a respectful and productive learning environment - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks - Promote literacy education by reading stories aloud to students and encouraging independent reading Qualifications: - Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide individualized support as needed - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with children with special needs or in special education settings Note: All positions at our organization are paid positions.
