Investing partner for music studio / dog shelter (LAKE ARROWHEAD)

Hi I am a music producer who has turned down deals with Universal music and paramount to create music independently I have autism and need creative control of what I create.
I am seeking an investor to support the creation of a home studio where I will also offer a safe haven for dogs on death row.
