) * NO SOLAR PANELS - the panels are in the solar field pushing renewable energy into the grid.
* Any Southern California Edison customer is eligible for the discount - both renters & homeowners.
* Enrollees stay SCE customers without any interruption whatsoever.
* Discount guaranteed for 20 years - enrollees free to discontinue at any time, for any reason.
For residential accounts these discounts are going on a first come, first serve basis until solar project's capacity is reached.
