We have an immediate opening for an attorney with 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, finance, purchase and sale agreements, and general real estate work involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property.
Experience with business law, including general counsel work for privately owned businesses and nonprofits, finance and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business structures and reorganizations and secured financings is highly desirable.
Candidates must be licensed in California.
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 6 or more years of experience is $138,000 - $180,000.
The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
