Attorney Associate

We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! You will specifically be working with consumer protection claims relating to home improvement and solar panel scams.
You will have three staff assigned to you and it will be your responsibility to do the following: * Draft demand letters to opposing parties * Represent clients in negotiations * Occasionally, prepare and draft court litigation documents on behalf of clients * Negotiate settlements for legal disputes * Comply with all legal standards and regulations * Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law ​​*Qualifications:* * 2-3 years of experience as a CA licensed attorney * Familiarity with various legal motions and pleadings * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to build rapport with clients * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $84,000.
