Regional Inventory Manager

Maintain accurate inventory at site level Serve as site leader for WMS training and best practices Manage the cycle counting program by executing timely cycle counting, reconciliations and any necessary resolution to areas of weakness that are identified in order to meet accuracy goals Maintain virtual and physical matches in each location throughout the warehouse Investigate and identify root cause of all shipping damage to include driving actions plans to prevent recurrence Champion and drive continuous improvement through communication and coaching associates to drive efficiency in warehouse functions Develop, measure, and drive inventory control methods that ensure inventory turns, FIFO, and inventory accuracy Work with the leadership teams to develop strategies for constantly improving customer service Manage and train personnel in all aspects of the inventory control and allocation/dispatching responsibilities Coordinate workflow to ensure an efficient and productive operation that meets the requirements of order fulfillment Travel maybe required at 25% annually to other Sojo sites All reasonable other tasks as assigned by Plant Director "General business hours are expected to be 7 am to 4 pm with occasional weekend and second shift coverage required in the discretion of the Plant Director based on business needs" Must have at least 5 years of warehouse experience preferably at a CPG company; 2 years of supervisory experience required Must be very detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and the demonstrated ability of succeeding in a matrix management environment Must have a positive attitude, with focus on teamwork and rapid problem resolution, the ability to interact with all levels of management Must have user’s knowledge of system software, preferably NETSUITE, RF SMART, and the aptitude to learn new software systems Ability to frequently lift/carry push and pull up to 35lbs is necessary
