We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to oversee our Behavioral Health Program in California.
The Program Director will be responsible for the overall management, development, and strategic direction of our behavioral health services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets the needs of our diverse client population.
This leadership role requires a collaborative and innovative approach to program development, staff management, and community engagement.
The Program Director will consult with the Chief Program Officer to ensure quality and ethically sound services that also maintain compliance with State and Agency regulations.
Starting Salary Range: $110,000-$116,699

Requirements:
Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other related field recognized by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) for licensure.

Maintain a Current LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC California License in good standing
Must meet BBS, Licensing, Contract, and insurance requirements.
Minimum of two years’ experience conducting psycho-social assessments of children and families.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in strength-based treatment and assessment for emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.
Experience in child welfare and juvenile detention is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in FFA and Katie A.
service provision, charting, and utilization review.
Knowledge and experience working in private insurance/managed care setting preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and values.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in behavioral health services.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program.
Monitor program performance metrics and outcomes, and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Oversee budget development and financial management for the program, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources to enhance access to services and promote community integration.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and best practices in behavioral health and integrate into program planning and delivery.
Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, including training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
