Tax Manager

*Tax Manager* Successful candidates will have 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting and have their *CPA license*.
A Master of Science in Taxation (MST) is preferred but not required.

As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with the firm partners to assist in managing all tax compliance areas of the office.
You will be responsible for the preparation and review of simple to complex tax returns and workpapers for both individuals and entities (C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships), conducting tax research, management of associates and workflow, training and mentoring staff, and interact with clients on day-to-day tax matters.
Knowledge in Mergers and Acquisitions and/or multi-state tax compliance is preferred, but not required.
