The Vice President, Infrastructure & Security Operations will provide leadership and vision for the overall IT Infrastructure organization and will be accountable for maintaining, managing, and transforming our hybrid infrastructure in alignment to business strategy and goals.
This role will also lead IEHP’s effort on security operations in alignment with Governance, Risk and Compliance priorities.
The Vice President, Infrastructure & Security Operations is responsible for:
- Leading all activities tied to the design, implementation, and operations of core infrastructure, cloud platforms and Security operations (Datacenters, virtualization, network, database, middleware, backup, voice/UC, service desk, site support service management, monitoring, security tools, SOC, etc.
) that are critical to the success of IEHP
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business counterparts within the organization
- Identifying and partnering with Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM’s) to find the best technology solutions to meet IEHP’s business requirement

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
A minimum of twelve (12) years of information systems experience at a leadership level
Of the twelve (12) years of experience requirement minimum, eight (8) years must include a successful track record of:
IT transformation track-record at a leadership level with expertise in Infrastructure and End User support functions
Successful implementation of large-scale technology transformation initiatives with strong change management expertise
Experience as facilitator and negotiator/mediator
Expertise in Project/Program management
Expertise in ITIL v3 processes (incident, change, problem, configuration, etc.
)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required.
