Description:
The Inspector reports to the Lead Inspector.
She/he examines a variety of mechanisms and is a key component in ensuring that standards are met which will ultimately impact the production process.
The Inspector will assist Lead Inspector in performing inspections.
Inspector is responsible, at a minimum, for the following:
· Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of components and/or finished parts using a wide variety of tools and equipment such as magnifying lamp, microscope, Micro Vu etc.
to ensure conformance with design specifications.
· Responsible for inspections at various stages such as receiving inspection, WIP inspection, final inspection and documents related Quality Assurance paperwork.
· Responsible for checking production parts and check whether the machine process is correct as the set up sheet.
· Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence to SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records.
· Other duties as required.
Requirements:
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Must adhere to Rolenn’s Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing.
· Ability to use wide variety of tools and equipments such as magnifying lamp, microscope, Micro Vu, etc.
to ensure conformance with design specifications.
· Basic level of understanding of inspection procedures.
· Complete required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements.
· Ability to effectively provide and accept feedback from colleagues.
· Good communication skills.
· Must have basic computer skills.
· Should have mechanical aptitude.
· Strict attention to detail.
· Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
