We are looking for rock star Licensed Vocational Nurses to work in our 78 bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
We are currently looking for nurses for all shifts.
Full-time positions will be eligible for: - Medical Benefits - Dental Benefits - Vision Benefits - 401-k *Position Requirements* The LVN is responsible for assisting with patient care under the medical direction and supervision of the patient's attending physicians in order to ensure the patient remains as independent as possible for as long as possible in the property.
Assist the patient and his or her family members in maintaining the physical and emotional health of the patient.
Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the patient, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of the state and the policies and goals of this property.
Share the responsibilities for the daily care of residents at the SNF with CNA's.
The LVN is also responsible for the delivery of medications to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Will be in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and community policies and procedures.
Responsible for all documentation as required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
