The Campus Administrative Coordinator provides a broad range of duties associated with the proper operation and smooth functioning of the Campus.
The Campus Administrative Coordinator functions as a generalist within assigned areas of responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors
Credentials and Experience:
High School Degree or GED is required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.
g.
Administration, Business, Human Resources, etc.
) preferred
3 to 5 years Administrative Experience Required
Special Requirements:
Overtime as requested by supervisor – may include: evenings, weekends and holidays
