San Bernardino County Human Resources is looking for a Human Resources Analyst Trainee to work in the Human Resources Centralized Investigations Unit.
Under training conditions, the Human Resources Analyst Trainee will learn how to intake and investigate internal complaints, conduct in-depth interviews, gather and analyze information, prepare reports, determine facts, make recommendations as required, and advise affected parties of possible solutions.
Incumbents in this class serve under training conditions while acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to qualify for promotion to Human Resources Analyst I.

Option 2: Candidates possessing experience as a Personnel Technician for San Bernardino County Human Resources may substitute experience for education on a two (2) for one (1) basis up to a maximum of four (4) years of experience for two (2) years of education.
