Mostly in storage-fuel always drained.
Always starts immediately with 1-2 kicks.

Plated and titled in California-Registration on a "Non Op" as of September 2018.
Always stored indoors.
Premium fuel only.
Does have scratch on left side.
Horn not working.
Front tire-slow leak.
Comes with original tool set under seat.
