\*PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY MANAGER SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE\* Citrus HOA Management is an Inland Empire-based Homeowners Association community management company looking for a *Homeowners Association Community Manager* to join our growing team! The Homeowners Association Community Manager will represent the company in managing various aspects of Homeowners Association communities throughout the Inland Empire.
Our awesome office is located in downtown Redlands, close to all the best shops and eateries.
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility needed for evening Homeowners Association Board Meetings.
Please note duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: *Day-to-Day Management of Communities:* * Manage all operations for the associations.
* Know and understand each Association’s governing documents.
* Perform monthly inspections (onsite and digital) of the community to determine necessary maintenance/repairs, plan renovations, and inspect maintenance performed.
*Communication with the Board of Directors:* * Establish strong relationships with Board Members.
* Respond to emails and calls from Board Members.
* Attend, take notes, and assist in running the Board meetings.
* Prepare detailed Board Packets.
* Assist in preparing the Associations’ annual budgets.
* Analyze financial statements to guide Associations in future projects and cash flow.
* Review and understand the reserve studies to give feedback to the Board Members.
* Present vendor options to the Board Members for decision and approval.
* Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
* Work with the Board Members to ensure overall compliance for the Associations.
*Communication with Homeowners:* * Respond to all homeowner inquiries and requests through Appfolio.
* Assist with monthly newsletters for Associations with upcoming events and relevant information.
* Enforce rules, precautionary policies, and procedures.
* Respond to emergencies.
*Personal Development:* * Expand knowledge and experience by participating in educational opportunities.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.
*Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities:* * Homeowners Association Management experience required * Property Management experience a plus, but not required * 2-3 years of experience in customer service * CMCA or AMS Certification(s) a plus, but not required * Basic understanding of financials/budgets/ledgers * MS Office and Google Suite proficient * Knowledge of Appfolio software a plus, but not required * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English * Bilingual a plus, but not required * Outstanding execution and follow-through * Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask * Positive and upbeat attitude * Must have a valid CA Driver’s License * Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities, and the car must be insured with our company as an additional insured.
Mileage reimbursement is available.
Physical Demands: * Ability to drive to communities.
* Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay is commensurable based on experience!\*\* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
00 - $55,000.
