RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work hard & smart every day using provided leads
* Follow our proven process
* Train Daily with provided in house training(Free)
* Manage leads, communication, and documentation with provided tools
* Provide world-class customer service
* Consistently network and market for new customers/ Agents
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Active California Real Estate and NMLS License
* Full-Time availability
* No experience needed, we provide training
* Willingness to learn
* Familiarity with local mortgage products
* Networking and strong phone sales skills a plus(can be trained)
* A driven attitude
