Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager in BARSTOW with experience of at least 1-2 years and 70 units in apartment complexes to become part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all activities and transactions.
Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all transactions Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in property management for apartment complexes Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills ***MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH, NO EXCEPTIONS*** ****If interested please respond to this ad with your resume*** WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING WITH YOU!!!
