Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Maintaining the daily opertations of the property; overseeing work orders, vacant turnovers, leasing, resident relations, property projects, and invoice entry.
* Make recommendations to the Portfolio Manager on rental rates, concessions, etc.
* Develop and supervise your maintenance and leasing teams
* Comply with all Fair Housing and appropriate landlord/tenant regulations

Other qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years’ experience in property management
* 2+ years’ experience with supervising staff
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
* A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance to be able to take deposits to the bank and run errands to the property
Must be willing to work in the Greater Portland/Vancouver suburb area.
This position is eligible for both a vehicle and cell phone reimbursement.

Pay: From $65,000.
