We have a full-time leasing position available for an amazing apartment community here in San Bernardino, Ca.
All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing.
Must be ready to jump in and assist.
Experience with Yardi / CRM.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (Days off Sunday and Monday) Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation and must be able to start immediately.

Resolve leasing complaints from residents Execute leasing activities for assigned properties Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files Attend leasing conventions and other industry events Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
