I have a nice 3 bedroom/2bath home.
The monthly rent for the room is $750including utilities, lite kitchen and laundry privileges.
The room is furnished.
The bathroom will be shared primarily with one other person.
The Cerritos mall is a few blocks away, as well as, banking, post office, restaurants.
Most of my roommates in the past have been students but, that is not a requirement.
I'm looking for roommate that has good character with clean background, no credit or credit score average to excellent, and proof of income.
I am career focused- data analysis/customer service/dental.
