The room features a ceiling fan, high ceilings, and a walk-in closet.
The home includes double-pane windows and central air.
Both the internal and outdoor air conditioning units are new, as is the roof.
There is a bathroom in the corridor that you would share with your roommate.
No smoking allowed within the home.
It is required of all housemates, including myself, to keep the common areas tidy and to be polite about them (cleaning your own dishes and generally keeping common areas clean).
Appliances include dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, washer, and dryer.
Rent includes all utilities.
