Preferably someone looking for long term rental.
Must be quiet, responsible, clean with a healthy lifestyle.

I have a cat who unfortunately doesn’t like other pets.
Sorry! She is super sweet but has fear issues.
The rent is $1000 and includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, Electric, Gas, Water) and more (Security system).
Month-to-month rental and $700 deposit.
